I combine orthomolecular knowledge with a personal and practical approach, so that healthy eating and lifestyle habits are not only achievable, but also enjoyable and sustainable. This supports your family now, with the long-term goal of passing on healthy habits to the next generation.
My training as a Family Nutritionist is accredited is accredited in the Netherlands (KTNO), and my knowledge of basic medical sciences meets recognised Dutch (PLATO) standards. I regularly attend further training and continue to deepen my knowledge through ongoing study.
