Sarah Keur-O’Neill

Hi, I’m Sarah. After many years working in a corporate role at a multinational, I chose to follow my passion for nutrition and health. As a mum of three, I know how challenging it can be to make healthy choices in a busy family life.

My mission
To help families eat healthier in practical, achievable, and enjoyable ways—while developing a relaxed and positive relationship with food.

My approach
I combine orthomolecular knowledge with a personal and practical approach, so that healthy eating and lifestyle habits are not only achievable, but also enjoyable and sustainable. This supports your family now, with the long-term goal of passing on healthy habits to the next generation. 



My training as a Family Nutritionist is accredited is accredited in the Netherlands (KTNO), and my knowledge of basic medical sciences meets recognised Dutch (PLATO) standards. I regularly attend further training and continue to deepen my knowledge through ongoing study.
